A native of Southwest Florida, Justin Shindore graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2005 with a degree in Biology, and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2010, where he graduated cum laude. While attending law school, he served as an Executive Research Editor and Managing Editor of the Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy. He also served as a Teaching Assistant for courses in Legal Research and Writing and Appellate Advocacy, and as a research assistant to Professor Don Peters, where his work was instrumental in the development of a nationally-published Civil Procedure coursebook. His practice currently focuses on civil litigation, with specific emphasis in the areas of premises liability, automobile negligence, uninsured motorist defense, and bad-faith defense. Mr. Shindore is committed to providing quality representation to his clients and has also made community service a personal priority, volunteering his time with the Legal Aid of Manasota and participating in food-relief and construction programs in Honduras and Ecuador.
