Karen Ferguson is a graduate of the University of South Florida and the Walter F. George, Mercer University School of Law. While at Mercer, she was the Vice-Chair of Alumni and Public Relations for the Moot Court Board as well as a semi-finalist in a moot court competition. She currently represents insurance carriers and employers in the area of workers’ compensation defense litigation. She is a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity and The Florida Bar.

Successfully defended several appeals in workers’ compensation litigation. Lectured at multiple seminars for employers and carriers on various aspects of workers’ compensation law.
