Ms. DelVecchio is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a bachelor of science degree in health information management and a cum laude graduate of the Stetson University School of Law. While at Stetson University College of Law, she was a Research and Writing Fellow and a finalist in the Oral Appellate Advocacy Competition. Ms. DelVecchio also served as a legal intern to The Honorable Elizabeth Kovachevich, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Ms. DelVecchio concentrates her practice in civil litigation including mortgage foreclosures and claims involving business and real estate matters. Additionally, she provides transaction and title insurance services as an agent with Attorney's Title Fund. Her lectures include pitfalls for the real estate professional, privacy rights in the healthcare arena and litigation strategy for insurance adjusters. She is a member of the American Health Information Management Association, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute, Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity and the Hillsborough Bar Association. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Paper Airplanes, a non-profit organization assisting children with cancer.
Insurance Litigation: assist in litigation on behalf of insurers for insurance companies involving coverage claims, general liability claims, automobile negligence claims and tort negligence claims.
Litigation: assist in representation of leading corporations in complex commercial litigation, including real estate matters, construction matters and contractual disputes.
Real Estate: assisting in representation of private and public entities for the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of residential and commercial properties, including closing services and title insurance.
Presenter- Florida Health Information Management Association- HIPAA and the legal effect ramifications.
