Morgan Lynch is a graduate of the Florida State University and the Florida State University College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Lynch was a Dean’s List student and received the Florida State University College of Law Outstanding Pro Bono Service Award. He currently represents insurance carriers and employers in the area of workers’ compensation defense litigation. He is a member of The Florida Bar and the American Bar Association.


Practice Focus:

Workers’ Compensation Defense: Mr. Lynch defends employers and insurance carriers against workers’ compensation claims at the trial level.

Represents PEOs/Leasing Companies and Insurance Carriers Statewide.
