Patricia Hamilton is a graduate of the University of South Florida College of Business and received her law degree, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, she participated in the Canakaris Family Law Inn of Court and Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. The cornerstone of Ms. Hamilton’s practice is civil litigation with an emphasis on mortgage foreclosures, short sales, real property law, family law, automobile negligence, insurance defense, and general civil litigation. As a former Assistant State Attorney, Ms. Hamilton has extensive courtroom experience. She is a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity and the Florida Bar.
