Robert Bennett is a graduate of the University of South Florida, cum laude, and Stetson University College of Law, cum laude. While at Stetson, he was a member of the Law Review. His entire legal career has been dedicated to the defense of insurance carriers and employers in workers’ compensation claims. He is a certified instructor through The Association of Workers’ Compensation Claims Professionals and the Florida Department of Insurance, has authored articles regarding workers’ compensation, and has lectured about workers’ compensation and social security on many occasions. He is a member of The Florida Bar, Hillsborough County Bar Association and is also a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of each bar association.

Practice Focus:

Workers' Compensation Defense: Defense of Employers, Carriers and Servicing Agents in Workers’ Compensation matters. Primarily focuses in representation of Leasing Companies, Self-Insured Employers and Employers with large loss deductible plans.
