Warren Sponsler is a graduate of the University of South Florida and Emory University School of Law. While at Emory, he was Coordinating Director of the Moot Court Society and represented the school in several competitions. He has dedicated his entire legal career to the defense of employers and carriers in workers’ compensation litigation and has engaged in all aspects of workers’ compensation defense, including extensive handling of claims under the United States Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. He is a certified instructor through the Association of Workers’ Compensation Claims Professionals, as well as the Florida Department of Insurance, and has authored articles and lectured on matters involving workers’ compensation on multiple occasions. He is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of The Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. In 2007, he was sworn in as a member of the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Sponsler is a certified instructor through the association of Workers' Compensation Claims Professionals, as well as the Florida Department of Insurance.
